ZitounaTamkeen Launches Intelligent Credit Management (ICM) Platform, a Pioneering Initiative in Tunisia
ZitounaTamkeen, a pioneering institution in Islamic microfinance in Tunisia, announces the go-live of the Intelligent Credit Management (ICM) platform developed by Talys Solutions, a subsidiary of the Talys group. This rollout is part of a transformation strategy to enhance operational efficiency, process traceability, and large-scale financial inclusion.
With ICM, ZitounaTamkeen now benefits from:
- A complete digitalization of the credit life cycle: onboarding, online credit, scoring, screening, LAB-FT, disbursement, follow-up, and recovery & litigation;
- A customizable rules engine to manage the specificities of Islamic financing;
- Dynamic reporting compliant with the regulatory requirements of the Microfinance Control Authority (ACM);
- Advanced analytics tools to optimize risk management and portfolio performance;
- An evolving architecture, integrable with mobile channels, e-wallets, and partner interfaces.
