Appointment of New General Manager at ACTIA Group
The Board of Directors of ACTIA Group appointed Walid Rouis as General Manager on December 15, 2025. With nearly 18 years of experience within ACTIA, Walid Rouis has been serving as Deputy General Manager in charge of operations since January 2025. A graduate engineer from ENSEIRB (INP Bordeaux), he joined the group in 2007 after gaining initial experience in embedded electronics. He led ACTIA Engineering Services from 2011 onwards and founded ACTIA Africa in 2018, where he serves as General Manager.
Separation of Chairman and General Manager Roles
"The separation of Chairman and General Manager roles follows the end of Jean-Louis Pech's term, in accordance with statutory provisions related to age limits," the group announced. Notably, Jean-Louis Pech remains Chairman of the Board of Directors and will continue to support the group in its strategic and industrial orientations.
New Appointments to the Board of Directors
Meanwhile, shareholders have approved the appointment of Denis Mercier and Joëlle Pailloux as board members. The Board of Directors now consists of twelve members, including seven women, four independent administrators, and two employee representatives.
