How to Submit Your Request Online

You can complete these procedures without visiting an office. The CNAM allows insured individuals to submit their requests remotely via its virtual center, e-CNAM.

• To change your coverage regime, your request must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
• To change your family doctor, you have an extended deadline until November 30, 2026.
