These figures were revealed by Mohamed Bouhlel, General Controller of State Domains and Land Affairs, and General Coordinator of Administrative Vehicle Control Teams.

This increase in infractions was observed after controlling 5042 administrative vehicles during the first three months of this year, compared to 6079 vehicles controlled the previous year.

Throughout 2023, the total number of infractions reached 715 cases. The most affected governorates were Tunis with 185 infractions, followed by Ariana (137), Ben Arous (115), and Nabeul (35), according to data relayed by the TAP agency.

On the other hand, Tataouine and Jendouba recorded the fewest infractions related to administrative vehicles, with only two and four infractions, respectively, during 2023.

These infractions result in the drafting of administrative and financial infraction reports, with a fine of 60 dinars per infraction, according to information reported by the TAP agency.
