Major Announcements Made at FITA 2024: Boosting Support for Tunisian Businesses
During the FITA 2024 event, organized by the Tunisia Africa Business Council (TABC), several major announcements were made regarding initiatives to support Tunisian businesses. Among these, the selected support structures for the Qawafel project were unveiled, and contracts were signed for the Reach Africa project.
The Qawafel project is an initiative funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) and implemented by Expertise France, under the aegis of the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP), in partnership with various ministries, public operators, and the private sector. Its objective is to promote the internationalization of Tunisian businesses, particularly startups and SMEs, towards African markets. This project aims to offer comprehensive and personalized support to maximize growth and collaboration opportunities in Africa.
