According to data published by the National Olive Oil Office (ONH), a total of 4,559,087 tons of olive oil, mainly of extra-virgin quality, was exported to several global destinations, generating revenues of 122.76 million dinars.

Canada

As the main importer of Tunisian olive oil, Canada acquired 1,176,510 tons worth 34.26 million dinars, with an average unit price of 29 D/T.

United States

Exports to the United States reached 1,119,380 tons, generating 32.07 million dinars, with a similar average price of 29 D/T.

Italy

With 925,980 tons, Italy positioned itself as the third-largest market, representing 21.77 million dinars at an average unit price of 24 D/T.

Spain

The fourth-largest market, with 630,000 tons, brought in 14.71 million dinars at an average price of 23 D/T.

France

France imported 209,547 tons worth 5.81 million dinars, with an average price of 28 D/T.

United Arab Emirates

47,751 tons of olive oil were exported to the UAE for 1.51 million dinars, at an average price of 32 D/T.

Brazil

With 23,581 tons, exports to Brazil generated 696,701 dinars, at a high average price of 30 D/T.

Iraq

Although the quantities were modest (22,959 tons), the value was notable, reaching 769,329 dinars with an average unit price of 34 D/T, the highest among the top 10 markets.

Thailand

With 21,500 tons, this market contributed 522,566 dinars at an average price of 24 D/T.

Kuwait

Kuwait closed this ranking with 13,436 tons exported for a value of 376,762 dinars at an average price of 28 D/T.
