Saudi Arabia's Human Capability Development Program Aims to Boost Competitiveness

The CEO of Saudi Arabia's "Human Capability Development Program", Anas AlMudaifer, has highlighted the ongoing efforts to improve the competitiveness of Saudis to keep pace with the changing job market at both local and global levels.

Launched in 2021 as part of the Vision 2030, this program aims to ensure that citizens of the kingdom possess the required skills to be competitive on a global scale by instilling values and developing basic and future skills, as well as improving their knowledge.

On the occasion of the World Youth Skills Day, which took place yesterday in the Saudi capital Riyadh, AlMudaifer emphasized that over the past few years, the program has sought to increase the availability of places at the kindergarten level, implement major changes in public education, increase investment in talent, and offer numerous opportunities for students to complete their studies, whether in local or international universities.

He added that more than 10,000 students have received scholarships in the top 200 universities worldwide, including over 2,000 in the top 30 international universities.
