Public Notice: Sale of BFT's Real Estate Assets
By order of the controlling judge of the Court of First Instance of Tunis, dated November 17, 2025, as published in the JORT No. 162 of November 28, 2025, Mr. SALAH FEKI, LIQUIDATOR of BFT, informs the public of the sale of BFT's real estate assets, as follows:
- Title Deed No. 117155 Tunis: Located in Tunis, at the corner of Hédi Nouira Street and Ibnou Chamaa Street.
- Title Deed No. 50585 Tunis: Located in Tunis, at the corner of Ali Dargouth Street and Saad Zaghloul Street.
- Title Deed No. 103555 Tunis: Located on Mohamed V Street.
- Title Deed No. 586721 Nabeul: Located on Sicile Soliman Plage Street.
- Title Deed No. 12196 Sfax: (16425/32850 parts) Located in Imadat Sidi Daher, Bir Ali Ben Khelifa, Sfax.
- Apartment: Located on the 3rd floor of Building No. 6, Mourouj Residence, Menzel Chaker Road, Sfax.
Important Information
All interested parties and individuals can obtain the specifications document from BFT's headquarters, located at Cité Ennacim, Aboubaker Achahid Street, Mont Plaisir le Belvédère - 1002 - Tunis, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 500 dinars to be paid into BFT's account (in liquidation) held at STB Agency, Avenue Kheireddine Pacha, Tunis, under account number 10 006 035 1881375 788 93.
Submission of Offers
Offers must be submitted in accordance with the specifications document by mail in sealed envelopes addressed to Mr. LIQUIDATOR of BFT at the above-mentioned address, no later than January 15, 2026. Visits can be arranged every working day, subject to prior appointment with Mr. LIQUIDATOR, Tel: (98 440 598).
