Vectorys Group Takes a Major Step in Expansion by Integrating Girelli Logistics Group into its Network
Vectorys Group has officially integrated Girelli Logistics Group into its network, marking a significant milestone in its expansion strategy. This strategic acquisition aims to optimize transportation and logistics services on key routes connecting Italy, Romania, and North Africa.
With this operation, Vectorys gains new infrastructure, including a logistics hub in Verona (Sona-VR, Veneto) and a modern platform in Oradea, Romania. The goal is to strengthen transportation flows between Europe and North Africa, covering countries such as Tunisia, Morocco, Libya, Algeria, and Malta.
The integration of Girelli Logistics Group also enables the optimization of LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) services, improving the efficiency of connections between Italy and Romania, as well as between Eastern Europe and North Africa.
According to the press release, Vectorys emphasizes that this acquisition marks the beginning of a sustained growth phase, while reaffirming its commitment to offering high-performance logistics solutions.
