Unimed's Board of Directors Examines 2023 Financial Report
The Board of Directors of Unimed, convened on May 23, 2024, reviewed the company's and the Unimed Group's activity report and approved the financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, as well as the consolidated financial statements for the same period.
The 2023 fiscal year was marked by a 41% increase in revenue compared to 2022, as well as the consolidation of the Nippomed joint venture.
Unimed achieved a net profit of 5,583 million dinars for the year 2023, with a turnover of 136 million dinars (broken down into 53% national sales, i.e., 72.4 million dinars, and 47% export sales, i.e., 63.6 million dinars). The company invested 12.5 million dinars during the year and reported a consolidated net profit of 5,545 million dinars.
The Board of Directors proposes not to distribute dividends for the 2023 fiscal year and has decided to convene the Ordinary General Assembly on Friday, June 28, 2024.
