Ministry of State Domains and Land Affairs Authorizes Sale of Land Parcel for Aghlabides Medical City in Kairouan
The Ministry of State Domains and Land Affairs has authorized the sale of a state-owned land parcel for a symbolic dinar to establish the Aghlabides Medical City in Kairouan.
This decision was officially announced through a decree published on Wednesday in the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic (JORT).
The concerned parcel, with a total area of 552 hectares and 10 acres, is located in the Manzel Mheri delegation, under the governorate of Kairouan. It will be dedicated to the realization of the Aghlabides Medical City project, a strategic healthcare hub for the region.
