Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs Reports Strong Financial Performance in First Half of 2024
Thanks to a 26.9% increase in revenue to 12,622 MTND and controlled operating expenses, up 13.3% to 10,252 MTND, Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs achieved an operating result of 2,411 MTND. The gross margin on raw materials improved, rising from 40.9% at the end of June 2023 to 43.3% this year. This is explained by higher export sales (1,408 MTND).
The company has very low financial expenses (0.087 MND) due to its minimal debt. Loans amount to 0.473 MTND, and bank overdrafts stand at 0.246 MTND. The net result for the first half reached 1,930 MTND, compared to 1,438 MTND in 2023.
Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs is on track to achieve an excellent financial year, given that the second half is typically characterized by higher activity and profitability.
Although investment has been sluggish, the company has managed to strengthen its presence in the local market, seizing every opportunity and adapting its offerings to meet demand.
Since the beginning of the year, the company has posted a return of 48.41%, the best in its group of home goods and personal care products and among the highest on the market. The stock has consistently delivered excellent operational performances and IPOs over the past decade, making it one of the rare operations that have not disappointed.
