Siame Publishes Strong Q1 Results, Revenues Reach 11.8 Billion Dinars
Siame has released its financial results for the first quarter of the current year, with revenues reaching 11.8 billion dinars. This increase in turnover is primarily attributed to several factors.
Strong Local Market Performance
Firstly, sales on the local market have seen a significant increase of 34.2%. This growth is largely supported by the 2.7 billion dinar increase in sales to the Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company (STEG). However, it is worth noting that there has been a slight decline in sales on the private local market, with a decrease of 10.8%.
Export Sales Soar
Furthermore, Siame has recorded a substantial increase in export sales, with a 44.8% growth, equivalent to a positive increase of 1.1 billion dinars.
Financial Highlights
On the financial front, Siame has successfully reduced its bank debt by 1.7 billion dinars compared to the end of 2023, representing a 7% decrease, from 24.1 billion dinars to 22.5 billion dinars.
