Administrative Court Announces Creation of Dedicated Appeals Office
The administrative court has announced the creation of a dedicated office for appeals cases, located at the seat of the appeal chambers in Montplaisir, Tunis. This new system, which will come into effect on Monday, December 2, 2024, aims to bring judicial services closer to litigants and improve their quality while ensuring increased efficiency in procedures.
Thanks to this new office, litigants will be able to submit their applications and documents related to appeals cases directly to Montplaisir. The exact address is as follows: Rue des Deux Tours (opposite the Ministry of Transport), Montplaisir, Tunis 1073.
