Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting: Change in SICAV Type
Following the minutes recorded on July 9, 2024, at the Charguia-Tunis tax office, the Extraordinary General Assembly, held on second convocation on June 27, 2024, has decided to modify the type of SICAV from a distribution-based OPCVM to a capitalization-based OPCVM.
As a result, distributable sums will no longer be distributed and will be fully capitalized each year, effective as of the 2024 financial year.
