Tunisie Profilés Aluminium Launches Call for Applications for Two Independent Administrators

Tunisie Profilés Aluminium is launching a call for applications for the designation of two independent administrators, in accordance with Article 38 of the General Regulations of the Stock Exchange, as amended by the Minister of Finance's decree of August 15, 2019, and the General Decision of the Financial Market Council No. 23 of March 10, 2020.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must:

• Hold at least a master's degree (or equivalent diploma)
• Have at least 10 years of professional experience in the industrial sector

Independence Requirement

The candidate for the position of independent member of the Board of Directors must not have, at the time of submitting their application, any direct or indirect interest with Tunisie Profilés Aluminium, its shareholders, administrators, board members, or a third party, that could affect the independence of their decision-making and confidentiality of information or put them in a situation of real or potential conflict of interest.

Application Deadline

Application files must be submitted to the company's headquarters no later than May 10, 2024, at 5:00 PM, which is the deadline for receiving applications.
