A meeting of the consultative commission of the Industrial Enterprise Qualification Program was held on Monday, February 17, 2025, at the Ministry of Industry headquarters. This event brought together representatives from the Ministries of Economy, Finance, Commerce, Employment, and Vocational Training, as well as members of the Tunisian Union of Industry, Commerce, and Handicrafts. Representatives from the financial and banking sector, as well as the Agency for the Promotion of Industry and Innovation, were also present.

According to the Ministry of Industry's statement, the main objective of this meeting was to approve new projects under the Industrial Qualification Program, a strategic initiative aimed at improving competitiveness and innovation within Tunisian enterprises. As a result, five new files were validated, totaling 68.5 million dinars in investments, with subsidies of 9.35 million dinars. These projects cover various sectors, including food industries, diverse industries, and services related to industry. The approved investments will enable the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, thereby increasing the competitiveness of products from these enterprises.

Furthermore, the commission validated the work of the sub-commission of the Industrial Qualification Program, which had met on February 12, 2025, and had approved 35 new investment projects. These projects, totaling 64.7 million dinars, also benefit from subsidies worth 9.66 million dinars.

The meeting also allowed for the validation of 77 files concerning priority technological investments, with a total value of approximately 6.6 million dinars, and subsidies reaching 1.77 million dinars. These investments aim to strengthen technological innovation within Tunisian enterprises, particularly those operating in strategic sectors for the national economy.

Finally, the meeting's agenda included a presentation on preparations for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the launch of the Industrial Qualification Program, scheduled for July 2025. This event will provide an opportunity to honor industrial enterprises that have successfully invested under this program and will present future orientations aimed at addressing the current challenges facing the industrial sector.
