Tunisia Takes an Electric Turn, Starting with its Ports
The Office of Merchant Marine and Ports (OMMP) has installed two electric vehicle charging stations, one in La Goulette and the other in Zarzis, each with a power output of 22 kW. These charging stations, which have been operational since December 2025, were deployed in collaboration with the National Agency for Energy Management (Anme) as part of the development of a national charging network.
