Tunisie Clearing has issued a call for applications to appoint an independent director with specialized expertise in audit, internal control, and risk management. The mandate will cover the remainder of the 2026 fiscal year, with the possibility of renewal for a three-year term.

Required Profile

The ideal candidate must possess solid experience in financial audit, internal control, or risk management, preferably within a bank, financial institution, or market infrastructure. Experience serving on an audit and risk committee or a similar governance body is also required.

Role and Responsibilities

The selected director will contribute to strengthening Tunisie Clearing’s internal controls and risk management framework. Additionally, the appointee will chair the Audit and Risk Committee.
