Integrated Development Program Committee Approves Additional Allocation of 10.1 Billion Dinars

The steering committee of the Integrated Development Program (IDP) validated an additional allocation of 10.1 billion dinars on September 30, 2024, to accelerate the implementation of 24 projects across 21 delegations spanning 10 governorates.

These initiatives focus on key sectors such as:

  • Irrigated agriculture
  • Access to potable water
  • Improvement of rural roads
  • Construction of health centers
  • Creation of spaces for youth
  • Development of municipal markets

In parallel, the committee discussed measures to ensure that regional development needs are taken into account. These projects must be integrated into global policies and strategies to ensure their consistency with national priorities.

The Integrated Development Program covers a total of 190 delegations, selected based on their regional development index, with a total cost of approximately 1,535 billion dinars.
