Tunisia Makes its Debut at CES 2025 with a Dedicated Pavilion

For the first time, Tunisia is participating in the largest international exhibition dedicated to modern technologies and innovation, CES 2025, taking place in Las Vegas, USA, from January 7 to 10, 2025.

This unprecedented initiative is the result of a strategic partnership between CONECT - Confederation of Tunisian Citizen Enterprises, the US Embassy in Tunisia, the PROMISE program, the Tunisian-American Association of Young Skills, and in close collaboration with the Tunisian Embassy in Washington, with the support of the "Startups and Innovative SMEs" project, funded by the World Bank and implemented by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in partnership with Smart Capital.

This marks a new step in the development of the Tunisian entrepreneurial ecosystem.

A conference on the advantages of investing in Tunisia, particularly in the technology sector, is scheduled for Tuesday, January 7, at the Tunisian pavilion. The "Startups and Innovative SMEs" project will also be presented, under the presidency of the Tunisian Ambassador to Washington, with the participation of the General Director of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and the General Director of Smart Capital, who will be attending specifically to support this event and meet with the Tunisian delegation as well as foreign investors and experts.

Tunisian exports to the United States mainly include food products, such as dates and packaged olive oil, as well as energy, technology, renewable energy, and automotive parts. The United States is also the top destination for Tunisian handicraft products.

The "Startups and Innovative SMEs" project, funded by the World Bank, aims to encourage the creation and development of startups and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, while stimulating economic prospects and job opportunities for young Tunisians.
