Tunisian Know-How Goes Global
For over 20 years, Talys Consulting has built its expertise in advising financial institutions, first in Tunisia, then expanding to France, Egypt, Côte d'Ivoire, and Madagascar. This growth was made possible by a progressive positioning towards the integration of technological solutions and software editing, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence.
According to Elyssa Msadda, this expansion was not without its challenges: "Tunisian expertise is recognized, but the regulatory environment remains constraining. The complexity of the exchange rate regime, fiscal instability, and lack of direct air links to Africa make prospecting and operational management difficult." Despite this, she emphasizes the quality of Tunisian profiles, which she trains and deploys internationally with confidence.
Beyond Cost Competitiveness
Neila Benzina highlighted the importance of going beyond the image of Tunisia as a cost-competitive destination. With Wimbee, she has built expertise in data valorization, performance piloting, profiling, and digitalization of customer relationships. These services, developed from the outset in Tunisia, have convinced clients in France, Europe, the UK, and even the United States, where her team has led projects for American public institutions.
For her, the challenge is no longer simply to offer an economic solution but to showcase quality and innovation.
The "Best Cost" Model
She advocates for a "best cost" model, where technological excellence remains accessible thanks to optimized resource management. This positioning requires constant upgrading of skills. That's why she has integrated a continuous training program into her company, convinced that the agility of Tunisian talents will depend on their ability to keep pace with technological mutations.
