Tunisair Relaunches Call for Applications for Minority Shareholder Representative
Tunisair is relaunching its call for applications for the recruitment of a representative of minority shareholders for a 3-year term.
The appointment of the representative of minority shareholders will take place through an election during a special meeting.
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold at least a master's degree or equivalent diploma
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in management
- Not be an ascendant, descendant, or spouse of the CEO, general manager, deputy general manager, or employee of Tunisair, or of a company belonging to the same group as Tunisair.
The deadline for submitting applications is May 27, 2024.
