Tunisair Announces Closure of Bond Issue
The national airline company, Tunisair, has announced the closure of subscriptions to its bond issue "Tunisair 2025-1", with a total amount raised of 25.2 million dinars.
According to a statement published by the Financial Market Council (CMF), this operation, launched on October 6, 2025, ended on October 17, 2025. Initially planned for an amount of 30 million dinars, the issue was carried out without resorting to a public savings appeal, in accordance with the current regulations.
