Tunisair Notifies Minority Shareholders of New General Assembly Meeting
Tunisair informs its minority shareholders that the previously scheduled General Assembly Meeting on July 4, 2024, did not take place due to a lack of participants. According to CMF Rule No. 23 of March 10, 2020, the presence of at least one-third of the minority shareholders' shares is required, which was not achieved.
Tunisair is therefore inviting minority shareholders to a new meeting. The General Assembly Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the company's headquarters located at Boulevard Mohamed Bouazizi, 2035 Tunis-Carthage Airport.
On this occasion, shareholders will be required to elect a representative of minority shareholders to the Board of Directors for a three-year term.
