Ministry of Transport Announces New President of Tunisair's Board of Directors
The Ministry of Transport announced on Monday, July 7, 2025, the election of Basma Loukil Yaakoubi as the new president of Tunisair's board of directors, succeeding Habib Mekki.
Basma Loukil Yaakoubi represents the State within the council as an administrator on behalf of the Ministry of Finance. She also holds the position of General Director of Public Participations within the same ministry, giving her a strategic vision over public enterprises, including Tunisair.
