Tunis Re Liquidity Contract Comes to an End and Will be Renewed
The initiators of the Tunis Re liquidity contract, comprising BNA, STAR, COMAR, and BNA Capitaux, a brokerage firm, inform the public that the contract has reached its maturity date on April 14, 2025.
It is recalled that the Tunis Re liquidity contract came into effect on April 15, 2024. At its inception, the contract consisted of 441,000 shares and TND 3 million in liquidity.
As of its closing date, the contract comprises 556,847 Tunis Re shares and TND 2,321,483,651 in liquidity.
The contract will be renewed for a period of one year, effective April 15, 2025, and will consist of 300,000 Tunis Re shares and TND 2,321,183 in liquidity.
