Tuninvest Sicar Announces Key Appointments and Mandate Renewals
Following its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) held on June 26, 2024, Tuninvest Sicar has ratified the appointment of Mohamed Kamel Saibi as a minority shareholder administrator, effective for the 2023, 2024, and 2025 financial years, with his term ending at the OGM that will deliberate on the 2025 financial year.
Furthermore, the OGM has decided to renew the mandates of two independent administrators, Naoufel Bouallegue and Mongi Ben Tkhayat, for a period of three years, which will expire at the ordinary general meeting called to deliberate on the 2026 financial year accounts.
