Tuninvest-Sicar Releases Q3 2025 Activity Indicators

Tuninvest-Sicar has launched the publication of its activity indicators for the third quarter of 2025. The asset manager achieved revenues of 2,573 MTND during the last quarter, bringing its cumulative turnover since the beginning of the year to 2,879 MTND, compared to 1,060 MTND at the same period in 2024.

Key Highlights

  • This progress is mainly due to a more generous dividend distribution from the companies in its portfolio, totaling 2,547 MTND.
  • Investments have generated 0.331 MTND since the beginning of the year.
  • The company maintains a passive management strategy, marked by the absence of new approvals or investments.
  • Its investment portfolio currently stands at 4,518 MDT, spread across eight projects.

Ongoing Challenges

Tuninvest-Sicar is still facing a tax dispute dating back to the 2008 audit, which led to the loss of its tax benefits. No final judgment has yet been rendered by the Court of Cassation in this case. This dispute constitutes the main obstacle to a resumption of active operations and forces the company to maintain prudent and passive management.

Market Performance

On the market, the title boasts an impressive yield of 35.89% since the beginning of the year. Despite persistent tax questions, the fund has maintained a stable distribution policy, paying 0.500 TND per share for each of the last three years. Shareholders could be significantly rewarded when these disputes are finally resolved.
