On September 1, 2025, the international platform F6S unveiled its ranking of the 11 most promising deep tech startups in France. Three young Tunisian-founded companies made the list, confirming the vitality of the national ecosystem on the international stage: Monsapo France SAS, Agri Safe, and Guepard.
Monsapo: Revolutionizing Waste Management
Founded in 2023 in Paris by Hatem Hamdi, Sabrine Chennaoui, and Ghada Tawes, Monsapo stands out with its Sapocircle machine, which converts used cooking oil into eco-friendly cleaning products. This solution reduces waste disposal costs, ensures regulatory compliance, and enables companies to save over 50% on maintenance expenses. Backed by Techstars Global and several investors, the startup offers a sustainable model with a rapid return on investment estimated at 18 months.
Agri Safe: Intelligent Irrigation Systems
Based in Toulouse and launched in 2025 by Mohamed Mekki Maalej and Sana Darghouth, Agri Safe develops intelligent and connected irrigation systems. Using ground sensors, a LoRa/4G gateway, and a cloud platform, its solution allows farmers to monitor their water needs in real-time, detect leaks, and automate irrigation. This innovation aims to address a significant global challenge: sustainable water resource management.
Guepard: Reinventing Database Management
Founded in 2024 in Marseille by Koutheir Cherni and Mohamed Taher Rzigui, Guepard is revolutionizing database management. The startup offers a platform integrating artificial intelligence agents capable of automating heavy tasks such as data masking and regulatory compliance, while creating complete virtual environments in just a few seconds. By simplifying infrastructure for developers and analysts, Guepard aims to become a key player in the cloud and data industry.
