Three Tunisian Public Institutions Receive ISO 21001:2018 Certification for Quality Management in Education and Training
As part of a project to modernize the education system in Tunisia, three public institutions have obtained the ISO 21001:2018 certification, dedicated to quality management systems for education and training organizations.
The institutions concerned are the National School of Administration (ENA), the Center for Training and Support for Decentralization (CFAD), and the National School of Finance (ENF).
This project is part of a broader effort to reform the public sector, aiming to strengthen governance and performance in Tunisian public institutions.
This certification, awarded to institutions that have demonstrated their competence in quality management, attests to their commitment to continuously improve their practices and effectively respond to the needs of learners and stakeholders.
It is worth noting that ISO 21001:2018 provides international recognition of the efforts made to offer quality training.
