Judicial Administration Takes a Step Towards Modernization

As of February 3, 2025, the electronic exchange of documents related to judicial disputes will be gradually introduced. This initiative aims to optimize judicial time and strengthen administrative procedures.

The Administrative Court has announced that public institutions, lawyers, and litigants will be able to submit their requests, memoranda, and other necessary documents in digital format (editable Word files). These submissions must precisely specify the purpose of each document, the parties involved in the dispute, the case number, and the filing date. However, a paper version will still be required in accordance with current legislation.

Digital correspondence must be transmitted via email to dedicated email addresses. Once received, court clerks will immediately register the documents to ensure traceability and compliance with exchange procedures.

This approach is part of an effort to make justice more accessible and fluid, while adapting to the demands of the digital age.
