Minister of Transport Visits TRANSTU Maintenance Workshops
The Minister of Transport, Rachid Amri, visited the maintenance workshops of the Tunis Transport Company (TRANSTU) in Charguia on Wednesday, recalling that the reception of a new batch of buses is scheduled for April.
During this visit, he emphasized the importance of rigorous maintenance of the new vehicles, in accordance with technical standards, while adopting more effective practices to prevent the degradation of the current fleet, according to a statement released by the ministry on Thursday.
This visit is part of the implementation of the recommendations made during the meeting on March 13, 2025, aimed at preparing spaces for the arrival of the new buses.
The Minister also called for increased vigilance and reactive monitoring to ensure optimal maintenance.
