State Secretary Calls for Acceleration of Agricultural Land Allocation Procedures in Tozeur Governorate
The State Secretary to the Minister of Agriculture, Water Resources, and Fisheries, in charge of Water, Hammadi Lahbib, has called for the acceleration of agricultural land allocation procedures in the Tozeur governorate.
During a working session held on Monday to review the progress of blocked agricultural projects (deep wells, irrigated perimeters, and agricultural land allocations), Lahbib also recommended the creation of a pilot committee. This committee, composed of central and regional directorates, will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of measures aimed at accelerating these projects.
This meeting is part of the visit of the Minister of Agriculture, Water Resources, and Fisheries, which took place on December 25, 2024, to the Tozeur governorate.
