Toyota, the Japanese automaker, has recently inaugurated a new 3S agency in Ben Arous, marking a significant milestone in its development on the Tunisian market. This initiative aims to improve the accessibility of its services for customers in the southern suburbs and surrounding areas.

The event was officiated by Moez Belkhiria, CEO of B.S.B, the official distributor of Toyota in Tunisia. During the inauguration, he highlighted the importance of this new space, which brings the brand closer to its customers while reinforcing the quality of its services.

A Diverse Range of Products

Toyota's product range in Tunisia is rich and varied. In addition to gasoline-powered vehicles, the brand now offers hybrid models that combine electric and gasoline engines. These vehicles, designed to reduce fuel consumption and emissions, represent an attractive alternative for environmentally conscious consumers.

However, the hybrid vehicle market in Tunisia faces challenges. Although the state encourages the adoption of electric vehicles through tax incentives, the prices of hybrid models, ranging from 100,000 to 250,000 dinars, can be a barrier for many buyers. A revision of customs duties on these vehicles would be necessary to stimulate their adoption, as has been done for fully electric vehicles.

Quality Service Infrastructure

The new agency spans 600 square meters, with 150 square meters dedicated to showcasing the latest Toyota models. The remaining space is reserved for service operations, managed by a team of 12 specialized technicians in mechanics, electricity, and hybrid engines. This team is ready to offer high-quality after-sales services, including rapid interventions such as oil changes and bodywork diagnostics.

Mohamed Amine Daoudi, representative of Rhodium Car Services, also highlighted the importance of this exclusive collaboration with Toyota. "We are proud to offer our customers a complete service, from sales to maintenance, all in a modern and welcoming setting," he stated.
