Tawasol Group Holding (TGH) Launches Call for Applications for Independent Administrators and Minority Shareholder Representative
Tawasol Group Holding (TGH) is seeking qualified candidates to fill three positions on its Board of Directors: two independent administrators and one administrator representing minority shareholders. The successful candidates will serve a three-year term, renewable once, covering the periods of 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, candidates must:
- Hold a master's degree (or equivalent) and
- Have at least 10 years of professional experience in one of the following specialties:
- Management
- Finance
- Management control
- Accounting management
