Two Upcoming IPOs to Mark 2025 Stock Market Year
We have more details regarding the two new IPOs that will mark the 2025 stock market year.
Taraji Holding IPO
The first operation concerns Taraji Holding, with an admission of 18,010,000 shares constituting the company's current capital, as well as 8,000,000 new shares to be issued as part of the capital increase, totaling 26,010,000 shares with a nominal value of five dinars each. The public offering therefore represents 30.76% of the company's social capital after the increase.
BNA Assurances IPO
The second operation concerns BNA Assurances. The number of admitted shares amounts to 87,391,790, constituting the company's current capital, with a nominal value of one dinar each. BNA Assurances will be introduced on the stock exchange through a direct listing procedure.
Listing on the Main Market
Both introductions will be realized on the Main Market. The final admission will be subject to the availability of a prospectus approved by the Financial Market Council.
Timing is Opportune
The timing of these operations is opportune. Investors are looking for new quality papers at a good price. Currently, there is a focus on financially healthy companies or those with credible growth prospects. Banks are causing some concern, and there are doubts about their ability to generate as much profit as in previous years. This explains, in part, the accumulation of savings in OPCVMs (Open-Ended Investment Companies). However, everything depends on the final valuation. It is essential to leave a concrete margin for price progression, and we believe the CMF will monitor this aspect. The importance of these two operations lies not only in the expansion of the stock exchange and market diversification but also in the establishment of an additional dose of discipline for companies that open their capital to the public.
