French Group Talan Takes a New Step in Its Growth Strategy with the Acquisition of Nova Consulting
Talan, a French consulting firm, has taken a new step in its growth strategy with the acquisition of Nova Consulting, a renowned consulting firm specializing in the sports, culture, tourism, and brand sectors. This operation is part of an ambitious expansion dynamic aimed at consolidating its global presence and enriching its strategic offerings.
Founded in 2006, Nova Consulting has established itself as a reference player, accompanying prestigious clients such as Française des Jeux, the Louvre Museum, Disneyland Paris, Valrhona, Crédit Agricole, and Eiffage. With a team of 40 collaborators, the firm generated a turnover of approximately €10 million in 2024.
By integrating Nova Consulting, Talan aims to accelerate the deployment of its services internationally and expand its expertise in marketing and sales. This operation is part of a series of recent acquisitions – Micropole, Coexya, Thinkmax (Canada), and Nine Feet Tall (UK) – which reflect the group's ambition to reach a turnover of €1 billion by the end of 2025.
Present on five continents and in 21 countries, Talan, an ESN (Engineering Services Network), now brings together 7,000 collaborators. With the arrival of Nova Consulting, it consolidates its ability to offer an extended range of services to major accounts seeking global strategic support.
