This funding will enable the startup to develop its activity and open a second production site in Tunisia.
Syrine Chaalala expressed her pride in joining this group of female entrepreneurs: "Growing a business is a marathon. Doing it alongside such talented and ambitious women makes this adventure even stronger. We thank Sistafund for their commitment to reducing the funding gap and supporting the next generation of leaders."
NextProtein's performance is part of a highly dynamic context for French startup financing. In 2025, these startups raised a total of €7.15 billion, spread over 486 operations, confirming the growing attractiveness of the sustainable and innovative technologies sector.
