Attijari Leasing Announces Successful Bond Issue
Attijari Leasing has announced that subscriptions to its subordinated bond issue, "Attijari Leasing Subordonné 2025-1", with a nominal amount of 30 million Tunisian dinars (Mtnd) and potentially increasing to a maximum of 40 Mtnd, have been closed. The bond issue, which did not involve a public savings appeal, was opened on March 6, 2025, and closed on March 7, 2025, with a total amount of 40 Mtnd.
