Tunisian Tire Industries Company (STIP) Reports Profitable Results for 2023 and Announces Changes to its Board of Directors
Following its ordinary general assembly (AGO) meeting on November 15, 2024, the Tunisian Tire Industries Company (STIP) has acknowledged the profitable results of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, amounting to 613,905,647 TND.
The AGO also took note of the expiration of Habib Benhadj Kouider's mandate. The assembly's bureau received a single candidacy for the vacant seat, that of Jalel Azzouz, who was appointed as a member of STIP's board of directors for a term ending at the assembly that will deliberate on the 2026 financial statements.
As a result, the board of directors is now composed of the following administrators:
- Montassar Dridi, President
- Africa Holding, represented by Mehdi Dridi
- Khemiss Baba
- Faouzi Skhiri
- Mohamed Ali Chekir
- Jalel Azzouz
- Hassen Bedhief, representing minority shareholders
- Maher Ben Aissa, Independent Administrator
- Saida Hachicha, Independent Administrator
