Tunisian Banking Corporation (STB) Launches Call for Independent Administrators
The Tunisian Banking Corporation (STB) is launching a call for applications to appoint two independent administrators to its Board of Directors for a three-year term (2025-2027). Candidates must meet the criteria defined in the terms of reference, available at the STB headquarters or online on the STB, CMF, and BVMT websites. The goal is to strengthen governance and bring specialized skills in key areas such as risk management and auditing.
Application Requirements
Candidates must submit a complete file including:
- A letter addressed to the President of the Board of Directors
- A detailed motivation letter outlining their profile and reasons for applying
- A CV
- A copy of their national identity card
- A completed information sheet
- A sworn statement
- Justifications of the candidate's qualifications and experience, particularly in the financial, banking, risk management, auditing, or internal control sectors
Submission Guidelines
Documents must be sent by registered mail or in person to the Central Order Office of the STB, with the envelope marked "Do not open - Call for applications - Ref. AC 01/2025".
