Tunisian Startups Labeled Have Until August 23, 2025, to Apply for APIA's Call

Tunisian startups labeled by the Agence de Promotion des Investissements Agricoles (APIA) have only until Saturday, August 23, 2025, to submit their applications for the call launched by the agency. This initiative targets companies that develop digital and climate-smart solutions for sustainable soil management and health.

The selected startups will benefit from a prime showcase at Big Tech Africa 2025, taking place from September 9 to 11 at the Kram Exhibition Park. They will be able to exhibit their solutions within the APIA stand and participate in B2B partnership meetings with African and international actors.

This call is part of the "Soil Matters" program, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by APIA in partnership with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and several technical partners. The goal is to promote ecological agricultural innovations, combat soil degradation and climate change, and strengthen sustainable economic models related to agriculture.

The selection criteria include the age of the "startup" label, the use of APIA services, partnerships with agricultural research, and the ability to offer a digital or climate-smart solution that is immediately applicable and economically viable.

Applications must include a copy of the national identity card or an extract from the national business register, the "startup" label certificate, and a technical sheet illustrating the project. Registration is exclusively online and must be completed before the deadline tomorrow.
