Minister of Industry Chairs Meeting to Evaluate Support Requests for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs)
The Minister of Industry presided over a meeting on November 13 to evaluate the requests for support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
It is worth recalling that since January 2019, this program has been helping SMEs by covering up to three percentage points of the difference between the market rate and the rates applied to investment loans, for creation or expansion projects.
According to the official statement published, 213 requests were submitted on November 13, and 142 businesses have already benefited from loans totaling 190 million dinars, creating nearly 7,500 jobs.
It is noteworthy that the program remains in effect until the end of December 2024 and also concerns financial leasing for equipment and real estate.
