The Tunisian Glass Company (Sotuver) is proposing a dividend distribution of 250 millimes per share for the 2025 fiscal year. This decision comes after a significant improvement in its financial performance, marked by a substantial increase in net income and revenue.
Financial Performance
The company's Board of Directors, which met on May 22, 2026, reviewed the company's activity for the 2025 fiscal year and approved the individual financial statements. In terms of performance, Sotuver recorded revenue of 115.14 million dinars in 2025, compared to 100.83 million dinars the previous year, representing a 14% increase. The individual net income stood at 24.74 million dinars, up 78% from 13.90 million dinars in 2024. According to the company, this strong growth in net income is primarily due to dividends paid by its subsidiary, Sotuver Glass Industries.
Upcoming General Assembly
The Board of Directors has decided to convene the Ordinary General Assembly on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, where the proposed dividend distribution will be submitted to the shareholders for approval.
