Sotuver Confirms Strategic Partnership with Groupe Bayahi and BA Glass Group
Sotuver has confirmed the conclusion of its strategic partnership with Groupe Bayahi and BA Glass Group, following BA Glass's acquisition of 41.28% of its capital. According to a statement, Groupe Bayahi is retaining its stake in the company and will continue to play a key role as a reference shareholder, actively involved in the company's decisions and development. "This operation reflects BA Glass's confidence in Tunisia's economic stability and its industrial attractiveness in the Mediterranean region," adds the same source.
