Sotuver Achieves Excellent Performance in 2025
The Sotuver group has completed its 2025 fiscal year with an excellent performance. The fourth-quarter revenue reached 39,664 million, recording a remarkable 20% growth compared to the same period in the previous year. This dynamic is mainly driven by export activity, which progressed by 34% to 31,086 million, offsetting a 13% decline in the local market, which stood at 8,578 million.
Annual Results Confirmation
This quarterly trend confirms the annual results. For the entire 2025 fiscal year, revenue amounts to 121,550 million, representing a 16% increase compared to 2024. The share of exports now accounts for 74% of the total (90,178 million), while the local market contributes 26% (31,372 million). The positive contribution of Sotuver Glass Industrie has notably enabled the group to reverse the trend and support consolidated growth, which stands at +4%. On a consolidated basis, the global revenue reaches 262,304 million.
Operational and Financial Performance
In terms of operations and finance, the production value increased by 5% in 2025, reaching 121,502 million. Meanwhile, debt was reduced by 14%, standing at 163,697 million, including 81,413 million in medium- and long-term debt and 82,284 million in short-term debt. Investments amounted to 45,285 million, split between equipment expenses (18,823 million) and financial investments (26,462 million).
Outlook for 2026
For 2026, the group intends to pursue its development in a controlled and sustainable manner. It will rely on newly opened export markets and the consolidation of its local activities to maintain its growth trajectory.
