Financial Market Council (FMC) Announces Sotuver's Progress in Capital Opening Project
The Financial Market Council (FMC) has announced that Sotuver has entered into final negotiations as part of its capital opening project. This communication comes in response to an official request from the FMC, inviting the company to update the public on the progress of the operation, following the publication of its previous statement.
According to information transmitted by the company, a data room was opened in March 2025 to allow the potential partner to conduct, with the support of its advisors, the necessary acquisition audits. These audits are currently in the finalization phase. However, discussions have already begun between the two parties regarding the preliminary results of the audits.
In parallel, the shareholders concerned by this operation have started negotiating the terms of the acquisition contract. They are also working on preparing the administrative authorization requests required to finalize the operation.
According to Sotuver, the strategic partner is expected to submit the first drafts of the usual contractual documents within the next two weeks. The official signing of the documentation is scheduled for the end of September 2025.
At this stage, no formal commitment has been concluded between the parties. The company has specified that the public will be informed as soon as the contractual documentation is signed.
