Tunisian Glass Company (Sotuver) Announces Dividend Distribution for 2023
The Tunisian Glass Company (Sotuver) has announced the distribution of dividends related to the 2023 fiscal year, amounting to 21.6 million Tunisian dinars (Mtnd).
This decision, made during the Ordinary General Assembly on June 20, 2024, corresponds to a dividend of 550 millimes (0.550 dinar) per share, representing 55% of the nominal value, as indicated by the Tunisian Stock Exchange (CMF).
The dividend detachment is scheduled for July 26, 2024, in accordance with the adopted resolution.
