Tunisian Glass Company (Sotuver) Announces Dividend Distribution for 2024
According to a statement published by the Financial Market Council, the Tunisian Glass Company (Sotuver) has announced the distribution of dividends for the 2024 fiscal year. In accordance with the seventh resolution adopted at the Ordinary General Assembly held on June 20, 2025, the company will distribute a total amount of 9,813,618.750 dinars to its shareholders.
This distribution represents a dividend of 250 millimes (0.250 dinars) per share, equivalent to 25% of the nominal value of the share.
The dividend detachment will take place on July 24, 2025.
